Shipping policy

Dispatch Aims:

  • Fringe-only & Non-Fringed Clothing (Excluding Printed) Orders:
    • Dispatch Aim: 1–3 working days
  • Printed & Fringed Clothing Orders:
    • Dispatch Aim: 5–7 working days
  • Orders Containing Backorder Items: 
  • - Dispatch Aim: 1-3 weeks (check product description for specific time frame)

International Shipping (Outside UK)

Tracked Standard Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15 for all orders

Delivery is usually within 5-7 working days to the US (3-5 Working Days within Europe). Delivery can take longer if the parcel gets held at customs; therefore, please allow another 2-4 weeks.

Customs & Import Duties

Please Note: As the UK is no longer apart of the EU, parcels sent to the EU will be subject to additional fees such as duties and import tax. It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay these fees.

Parcels shipped to a destination outside the UK and USA will be subject to additional fees, such as import duties. The fee we charge is for shipping only and does not include these fees. It is the recipient's responsibility to pay these fees. Please check your local countries' import rates.

If fees are not paid then the parcel will be returned to us. If this is the case and you would like the parcel to be resent, you must pay for all shipping expenses. Our reshipping fee is $20.

If you prefer not to have the items resent, we will process a refund for your purchase, deducting a 25% restocking/handling fee. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, an additional $20 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the shipping costs incurred.

UK SHIPPING

Delivery is usually made within 1-3 working days from dispatch and charged at £4 GBP for orders below $75 USD and FREE for orders above $75 USD (Approx. £60 GBP) 

WHEN YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED
When your order has been dispatched, a notification will automatically be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If you can not find the email, please check your spam folder. Before contacting us please be sure to check your tracking information first and sign up for updates on the USPS website. Contact USPS directly regarding any parcel enquires as, unfortunately, we can not provide any more information than what the tracking information states. 


Refunds 

Refunds will not be issued for lost packages until at least eight weeks have passed from the dispatch date (International Orders). A refund will only be issued once the whereabouts of the parcel have been investigated and the parcel appears to be lost. 


Sew Royal accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred by delayed delivery for whatever reason.

Sew Royal also accepts no responsibility for any fees/taxes/duty that may accrue on the merchandise when it clears Customs and Border Protection. These are the responsibility of the recipient if they apply. As the law varies by the country, we can not provide a customs estimate.


Returned Orders

Your parcel may be returned to us by the postal service for the following reasons;

  • The customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address
  • The recipient did not claim the package

If this is the case and you would like the parcel to be resent, you must pay for all shipping expenses. Our reshipping fee is $20 for international orders (Outside the UK). You must also provide us with a complete alternative address.
