Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of your order being placed if fulfilment has not begun on your order. Cancellations after this time may be allowed at our own discretion. If fulfilment has begun on your order it can not be cancelled. Please check our dispatch time frames outlined on our shipping page before placing your order.
Policy for non-customised items (not including fringed clothing)
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you must let us know within 14 days from the date the product was delivered to you.
You must also return it to us within 14 working days in its original packaging and in perfect condition with proof of purchase for a full refund (minus original shipping expenses)
Until the goods are returned to us, you are responsible if the goods are lost, damaged or destroyed. You will also be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival. Refunds will be made by the original payment method.

Any faults/issues with your order must be reported to us within 7 days of the goods being delivered to you.
Your parcel may be returned to us by the postal service for the following reasons;
- The customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address
- The recipient did not claim the package
If this is the case and you would like the parcel to be resent, you must pay for all shipping expenses. Our reshipping fee is $15 for international orders (Outside the UK). You must also provide us with a complete alternative address.
If you would not like the items to be resent, we will refund your purchase minus a $10 or 25% restocking/handling fee (whichever is greatest). Original shipping expenses paid will not be reimbursed.
If the order were returned in error by the postal service, the package would be resent for free
