We know how important it is to receive your orders quickly, and we're committed to making that happen. Our new dispatch guarantee ensures that you can shop with confidence, knowing we’ll do our best to get your order to you on time—or even better, we'll give you double your money back in store credit if we don’t!
How It Works:
Promotion Runs:
- From Sunday 8th September until Friday 13th September, every order qualifies for our Guaranteed On-Time Dispatch or Double Your Money Back offer!
Dispatch Aims & Guarantees:

Fringe-only & Non-Fringed Clothing (Excluding Printed) Orders:
- Dispatch Aim: 1–2 working days
- Dispatch Guarantee: 3 working days

Printed & Fringed Clothing Orders:
- Dispatch Aim: 3–7 working days
- Dispatch Guarantee: 8 working days

Backorder items (As of 10th September) :
- Dispatch Aim: 1-2 weeks
- Dispatch Guarantee: 3 weeks
- If items from different categories are ordered the guarantee is the maximum time listed
If your order doesn’t meet our dispatch guarantee, you will receive double your order value (excluding shipping) in the form of store credit, up to a maximum of $200.
Important Terms:
- The working day ends at 3:30 PM BST, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time, will be considered as placed on the following working day.
- If we need to contact you about your order, the working days count will be paused until we receive a response from you.
- Credit will be in the form of store credit, not cash refunds, and must be claimed within 30 days from the date issued.
- Maximum store credit per customer: $200.
Special Note for Previous Orders:
We value your continued support, and we are sorry for any delays in the past. If you placed an order before 8th September that didn’t meet our previous dispatch aim of 1-2 week for fringes and 3-4 weeks for clothing, email us immediately for a $10 store credit as a token of our apology. We're working hard to provide you with a much faster and more reliable service going forward!
